Sole Meuniere



Sole Meuniere


4 filets of sole

1 lemon

4 tbs of butter

1 tb of olive oil

Chopped Chives

1/4 cup of flour

1 pinch of pepper and salt

Parsley



Mix the flour,salt,and pepper.

Dip the filets in flour and remove the excess of flour

In a pan,melt some butter and the oil.

 Fry the filets till golden brown.

 Wash the pan and add the rest of the ingredients and mix.Drizzle the sauce on the fish
